the building was pretty. the reception staff was doing a nice job. very clean rooms. so close to the downtown, 15 minutes on foot.
There's bad smell in some areas.

Nothing beats being in Gainsborough House. The hotel was very clean, and we enjoyed an ideal location. Good sized room.

Perfect location and comfy beds. A good choice of restaurants to eat close by, like Cafe Masala that was only 10 minutes' walk away. We loved the room, it was good sized. We will definitely visit place for next time when visiting Kidderminster❤
